Our client is one of UAE’s oldest and strongest commercial construction groups delivering high-profile Government and private sector projects across all corners of UAE. They have recently secured a high-profile villa project for a leading developer in Dubai and require a high-performing, experienced Project Director to head up the delivery of the project.
Reporting to the Head of Major Projects, this role will lead the successful development, responsible for the entire lifecycle of a prestigious new build, from pre-construction through to project delivery and take ownership of the project’s vision, ensuring all stakeholders are aligned and motivated to deliver outstanding results.
To be considered, you will need extensive major villa/building project experience in a commercial build environment with a proven track record as project director/senior project manager. You should have a strong track record of managing large-scale projects from inception to completion, ensuring quality, safety, and efficiency at every stage. Your leadership skills will be essential in guiding a talented team of professionals and collaborating with various stakeholders to deliver outstanding results. Qualifications in Project Management, Architecture, Engineering, Construction, or related discipline.
